Private Residence: Brighton
We were approached by the client to take a tired, weathered, nautical themed beachfront residence, give it modern clean lines and a fresh maker over.
With a house like this most of the enjoyment comes from living at the front of the house, so utilising the internal living areas and making them more functional and transient with the newly created outdoor deck and balcony was top of the list.
The extensive use of glass across the facade and balustrades allowed that all important view of the coast not to be hindered in any way.
